Chilly Days

Vest: £6 from matalan
Jumper: sale for £15 from ark
Jacket: £30 from h&m
Jeans: £20 from new look
Bag: Sale for £5 from tesco
Boots: £12.50 from tesco

So the winter is slowly approaching and I have to say, I cannot wait. Jumpers, cardigans, jeans and boots. Comfy!
Just a normal casual Sunday, I decided to go for a simple but comfortable look. This is going to be one of my favourite outfits this season, especially the boots. They are one of the comfiest pairs of shoes I've ever worn and they are so warm. Great for cold frosty days. My bag will be another favourite essential. It has three different compartment with a zip pocket in the middle which gives it the separate compartments. Such a bargain for a fiver as well.

All them years ago...

I don't know how I got thinking to this. But do you ever remember being a kid and thinking about what your future would pan out like?
Bet it was nothing how it is now? Right?

I think parents had it a lot easier in their day when it came to picking a career. There wasn't as much variety like there is today, and depending on what kind of family you came from played some part in destiny.

At school I knew I wanted to be a crime scene investigator or a career like that. Now i'm studying to become a qualified sports masseuse. Never thought that would be happening considering I hated p.e in school. But even now I sometimes think, do I really want to be doing this for the rest of my life?

One thing I remember as a kid is going in to McDonalds when it was takeaway night and just thinking to myself, this will never be me in 10 years time to come. Guess I was wrong and the tables have turned a little, because I am that person that is now serving younger generations on a saturday evening. And it's that, that is striving to keep me motivated to succeed in becoming the person I want to become.

What's New?

Quite a lot of changes have happened over the last few months. Some big, and others not so big.
I've lost friends along the way, and gained new ones.

I don't adapt well to change, so these last couple months have been quite hard for me. I've had to learn who to trust and not to trust all over again, and to take everything I hear with a pinch of salt. Because what I've realised, is that you can never be too careful with what you do. Whether it's saying something to someone, or important decisions that could possibly be life changing, one wrong move and you will end up with a domino effect.
A slightly bigger change that has occurred in my life is not so long ago my parents decided to get a dog. He's a black stuffy named Charlie Now to me this was a huge shock as my dad swore he would never get another dog. But now he's thinking of getting another dog so Charlie has a friend.

Change Around Maybe?

For the last few weeks now, I've decided that over the summer I want to decorate my room. Only problem is which room I want to have. I know exactly what kind of design I want my room to be, and how I want it, it's just whether the DIY stores will do the wallpaper and paint I want.

The first two pictures are of the room I currently have. It's small but cosy. You can't move the bed and furniture around which is annoying due to the built in wardrobe. The second two pictures, (excuse the mess, going through a bit of a sort out at the minute) is the spare room which I am debating to have. It's a bit of a weird shape, but can actually fit my wardrobe in to it. I would be able to have another chest of drawers in there also. Although I would be able to get a chest of drawers in to the one I currently have but I'd still be a bit stuck for storage. The only thing I don't like about the spare room is the fact it is a wooden floor and it seems slightly smaller (could just be the shape though).

One Month Left!

So college finally comes to an end in exactly one month and one day! Can't believe how quick these last two years have gone. But I have to say, I am going to miss college so much. Especially my three girls, college without them there would not have been the same.

And before I know it, September will be coming round and the start of my course will be coming up. University was my plan originally, but then doubts and debt crossed my mind. So I've decided on a part time Sports Massage course which consists of one evening a week. It's at the college I'm studying at now, so I'll be travelling the same distance as I am now. Means I can still work pretty much full time too! Score!
